Project Manager, Architecture
GMA Design Group is a leading architectural firm committed to individual success and excellence in project delivery. They are seeking an Architectural Project Manager or Architect to join their construction team in Cincinnati, where the role involves producing architectural documents, developing designs, and coordinating with project managers and engineers.

Responsibilities
Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction
Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants
Provide site and space planning for construction project managers
Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
Review project scope with construction project managers
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years experience on light industrial (warehouse, distribution, cold storage) and/or commercial projects
Revit and AutoCAD required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction
Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants
Provide site and space planning for construction project managers
Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
Review project scope with construction project managers

This is an in-office position
Preferred
3D rendering experience
Licensure a plus, but not required. GMA supports the pursuit of licensure
