Responsibilities
Define the AI & Innovation vision, roadmap, and annual operating plan aligned to business goals
Build and lead a high‑performing AI & Innovation team; set clear objectives and coach managers
Own AI & Innovation KPIs and reporting; drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Establish scalable policies, processes, and tooling for AI & Innovation across regions
Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver outcomes
Manage budgets, vendors, and risk within the AI & Innovation portfolio
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in AI and innovation management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Experience in defining vision, roadmap, and operating plans aligned to business goals
Ability to establish scalable policies, processes, and tooling
Experience in managing budgets, vendors, and risk
Strong analytical skills to own AI & Innovation KPIs and reporting
Excellent communication and partnership skills with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
