Required

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have reliable transportation

Must have the right to work in the United States and not require Toyota sponsorship for immigration-related employment (e.g., H-1B, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, TN, or F-1 OPT extension) now or in the future

Minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher

Must have completed at least one full academic year at a two- or four-year college or university post-high school (sophomore standing or above)

Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited degree program (this includes both two-year and four-year colleges) studying in a business discipline or related field

Intermediate or above skill level for Microsoft Suite of tools including Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage inflexible timelines

Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking competency

Presenting analysis results and making recommendations to leadership

Problem-solving skills and the ability to self-start and work independently
