Responsibilities

Develop and maintain multiple contacts (Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality) at major OEM accounts within the area of responsibility. Assist to manage these relationships at all levels of OEM customers

Develop new OEM customer bearing specifications to assure NTN is preferred supplier

Drive new and ongoing development projects that will lead to profitable growth

Understand the factors that drive the business and accurately forecast order levels

Meet or exceed business target plans

Communicate effectively, both internally and externally

Qualification

Required

BSME or similar 4 year technical undergraduate degree in a related field

Self-starter - able to learn quickly, and able plan and manage own travel

Project manager – able to work within multiple NTN and customer departments to ensure smooth NTN support and production supply to Customer stakeholders

Interested in relocating after 12-18 months to primary territory

Travel 25-30% within the Oklahoma / Texas region
