Higher Education

Responsibilities

Secure all of the contents of the shop at the beginning and at the end of the shift
Perform a walk-through of the shop at the beginning and end of each shift, making sure that all contents are clean and secure
Distribute tools and other items, based on the school guidelines
Check equipment back in, ensuring that all accessories checked out with auxiliary equipment (cables, adaptors, power supplies, chips, keys, extension cords, etc.) are accounted for
Keep the consumable supplies stocked
Advise the supervisor of needed materials
Complete a regular inventory of the tool room in a written report

Qualification

Microsoft ExcelSense of urgencyPassion for qualityAttention to detail

Required

High school diploma or GED
Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a passion for quality
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel
