Payroll/Office Manager

X2 Mortgage is a modern mortgage brokerage focused on providing clients with significant savings and a world-class experience. They are seeking a Payroll/Office Manager to oversee payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Real Estate

Responsibilities

Generate commission reports & ensure accurate processing of payroll in timely fashion
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of every payroll transaction
Onboard and offboard employees
Ensure company stays within NMLS compliance and broker agreement guidelines
Handle all reimbursement requests and compensation discrepancies
Track and update compensation plans with employees quarterly

Qualification

Required

Extensive payroll knowledge including preparation, balancing, taxes, etc
Very high proficiency on a computer (PC or Mac)
Organization - Organization - Organization
Incredibly positive attitude with the willingness to de-escalate complaints if necessary
Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position

Preferred

Some mortgage experience is preferred but not required
Experience with Rippling is a plus!
