Responsibilities
Greets patients, family members, visitors, etc. exhibiting superior customer service skills
Follows Policy and Procedures regarding visitation of patients for the Center for Behavioral Health
Maintains Confidentiality of patients at all times
Secure a safe environment by monitoring fire panel, phones, and responding with timely, appropriate actions
Promptly answers all incoming and assists in placing out-going calls
Distributes incoming mail, supplies, facsimiles, and messages to appropriate staff and physicians
Attends all in-service and educational requirements
Qualification
Required
