Section Chief, Pediatric Anesthesia

St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children is a Level I Trauma Center seeking a Section Chief for their Pediatric Anesthesia Department. The ideal candidate will provide care for pediatric surgical cases and cardiac procedures, while promoting excellence in perioperative care and contributing to the department's academic, clinical, and community missions.

Provide care for both general pediatric surgical cases and cardiac procedures as needed
Promote excellence in the provision of perioperative care for patients undergoing pediatric surgery or procedures across the hospital
Create and execute a vision and strategy for the division to contribute to the department's and St. Christopher’s academic, clinical and community missions

Qualification

Pediatric AnesthesiologyBoard CertificationLeadership ExperienceClinical CareTeam Collaboration

Required

8-10 years of experience in pediatric anesthesiology
Previous leadership experience strongly desired
Board certification in pediatric anesthesiology is required
