Responsibilities

Develop structural estimates for complex pre-engineered buildings (PEB), conventional, and hybrid structures

Review building drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work required for proposals

Engage with customers to understand their building requirements, clarify details, and confirm proposal delivery schedules

Identify framing solutions that best meet building requirements, considering in-place costs and schedules

Ensure builders receive timely, accurate, and optimized quotations, along with pre-order support

Assist the sales team with information needed for setting final prices and providing accurate quotations to builders
