Applications Reliability Lead

The Applications Reliability Lead will lead a Tier 3 application support team, ensuring high-quality delivery and mentoring team members while modernizing legacy systems and enhancing software reliability.

Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development
Drive agile delivery practices to ensure timely issue resolution and software enhancement delivery
Lead efforts to modernize systems and improve software performance, scalability, and maintainability
Manage performance, hiring, onboarding, and contractor oversight
Build collaborative partnerships across development, business, and vendor teams
Maintain high standards of system documentation and support process consistency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of additional equivalent experience in lieu of degree
7 years of technical experience, with Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, Azure, etc.)
2 years of leadership experience in a technical setting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years in software delivery roles
Certifications in Agile, DevOps, or Microsoft tech
Experience in modernization or transformation initiatives
