Responsibilities
Manage all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout on assigned projects
Travel to project sites throughout Texas and nearby states, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to company standards
Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project schedules, budgets, and safety goals
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient jobsite while fostering teamwork and clear communication
Review drawings and specifications, identify issues early, and implement proactive solutions
Lead, motivate, and mentor field teams to deliver high-quality results and a positive work environment
Provide regular progress updates and maintain accurate jobsite documentation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to new project environments
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Dedication to maintaining jobsite safety and project quality
Preferred
Clean room or advanced manufacturing experience is preferred
OSHA 30 and other safety certifications are a plus
