New Grad, Entry LevelCRABI Robotics is seeking a full-time Mechanical Technician to support the build, testing, and integration of electromechanical assemblies for the CRABI marine robot. This hands-on role involves machining, assembly, calibration, and shop management while working closely with engineers to develop precision mechanical systems.

Responsibilities
Mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems
CNC machining using mills, lathes, and general shop equipment
Rapid prototyping of custom jigs and fixtures to support assembly
Maintenance, organization, and operation of the CRABI machine shop
Qualification
Required
Skilled in manual milling and lathe operation
Hands-on experience with precision mechanical assemblies
Must be able to work safely around strong magnetic fields (no ferrous implants or other contraindications)
Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
Preferred
Basic CAD proficiency (Siemens NX preferred)
CNC mill/lathe programming
Welding or fabrication experience
Prior experience building or testing mechanical subassemblies
