Responsibilities

Analyze complex project plans and specifications to determine scope for plumbing, hydronic, and fire-protection system replacements

Develop accurate estimates and proposals for repipe and remodel projects in multi-family buildings

Lead bid strategy, scope development, and proposal writing

Present proposals to clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the bid process

Manage subcontractor communications and evaluate quotes for best value

Track actual vs. estimated costs to refine future bid strategies

Collaborate with engineering, pre-construction, marketing, and operations teams

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiency
