They are seeking skilled PLS-CADD Engineers to support a geospatial engineering project focused on 3D modeling and analysis of high-voltage power transmission lines based on LiDAR data.

Responsibilities
Process LiDAR data to create accurate 3D models of power line networks
Build and analyze overhead transmission line models in PLS-CADD
Perform structural, clearance, and sag-tension analysis according to engineering standards
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with technical specifications
Collaborate with GIS and LiDAR teams to ensure smooth data integration
Generate reports, profiles, and drawings for design validation and project delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience with PLS-CADD (essential)
Strong understanding of transmission line design principles
Experience working with LiDAR or point cloud datasets
Degree in Electrical, Civil, Structural, or Geospatial Engineering (or related field)
Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)
High attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
Preferred
Experience in BIM/GIS environments
Familiarity with MicroStation or AutoCAD
Background in utility or energy infrastructure projects
Experience with PLS-POLE or PLS-TOWER tools
