Responsibilities
Timely response and coordination of activities between customer accounts, regional sales, service representative and all departments
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions
Providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
A strong understanding of the products or services being sold
Obtains sales orders for aftermarket parts by working with Outside Sales
Updates and maintains accurate CRM database files of all assigned accounts
Prepares routine cost estimates as required and provides follow-up on principal cost requests
Processes formal complaints, customer returns, and customer adjustments in a timely manner
Actively assist with resolutions of accounts receivable problems
Qualification
Required
Two years of comparable work experience in a related field (industrial parts)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
Preferred
A bachelor's degree is preferred
