They are currently seeking a Project Executive for their NY office with experience in NYCT/MTA C&D, responsible for managing staff, delivering projects, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

Manage staff working on projects within the group

Responsible for successful delivery of projects

Monitor budgets and schedules of projects

Identify potential project prospects and lead preparation of technical (narratives) and cost proposal to support marketing efforts

Prepare and participate in proposal presentations

Partner with internal Talent Attraction team to help identify, interview and recommend potential candidates to be hired for the team

Oversee, develop and mentor staff performing PMCM work throughout the Practice Area

Drive implementation of safety, quality and staff development initiatives for staff and projects

Maintain membership in professional societies

Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field with 20 years of experience minimum with a P.E. license, CCM or AIA

Experience working for various local, state and federal transportation agencies, specifically NYCT/MTA C&D

Project Management Procedures (PMP's) and Project Management Guidelines (PMG's) familiarity a plus

Proven history leading diverse multi-disciplinary teams of field based staff and ability to foster strong connections across multiple deployed teams delivering construction management projects

Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges

Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence
