Responsibilities
Lead a team of content engineers supporting products through quality control, prompt engineering, fine tuning and execution
Partner closely with the technical team to lead prompt engineering, building products from R&D to production
Direct the work of the content engineering team focusing on leveraging AI (prompt engineering and claude code), no-code tooling and data analytics tooling (Kibana) to support external and internal customers
Understand how to apply their expertise at scale, including via the use of prompt engineering for synthetic data generation
Exhibit strategic product thinking to put user needs at the forefront of our work
Contribute prompts themselves to set the standard for prompting
Shape the whole team's direction, focus, and delivery
Responsible for line management and career guidance
Develop product talent
Represent your team and product from a technical perspective
Drive collaboration with other teams and customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field (UX/UI design, Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
Proven experience with GPT (or similar AI content generation technologies, Claude Code and Kibana)
Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch and its integration with Kibana
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and concisely
Experience interfacing with customers in a high-capacity and significantly driving the adoption of the product
3+ years Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring product teams
Experience with project management/documentation tools like Notion
Drive and a track record of going above and beyond expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A love of developing and growing people and a track record of it
Organized and able to ensure your team delivers timely, high-quality results
Well-organized, self-starting, and able to deliver to schedule
Professional manner of interacting with colleagues and clients
