HR Intern
Roy Rogers Restaurants is looking for an organized and motivated Human Resources Intern to join their team this summer. This role offers hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance, making it ideal for students interested in a career in HR.

Responsibilities
Support and lead employee engagement initiatives, including planning Associate Appreciation Week
Assist with onboarding, new hire orientations, and maintaining confidential hiring documents
Help post job openings and reach out to potential candidates
Support HR communications and employee engagement events
Assist in creating job flyers and social media posts in collaboration with Marketing
Maintain personnel records and support compliance and audit projects
Provide general HR support as needed
Qualification
Required
Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; social media experience a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
