Responsibilities
Manage a civil litigation docket independently from intake through resolution
Produce clear, persuasive, and polished legal work that is filing-ready and requires minimal revision
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and represent clients in hearings, mediations and settlement conferences
Communicate proactively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
Help the team meet deadlines through consistent organization and follow-up
Serve as the firm’s senior legal presence and maintain leadership continuity when the Managing Partner is unavailable
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active Georgia Bar license
Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience with proven excellence in legal writing and analysis
Demonstrated ability to lead cases from intake to resolution with sound judgment, professionalism
Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple matters independently
Collaborative, reliable, and receptive to feedback
