Responsibilities

Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners
Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations and depositions
Communicate with clients and provide reports

Required

JD from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
Over 10 years of experience in defense litigation
Proven experience representing clients in court for hearings
Exceptional analytical abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
Legal project management experience with a focus on delivering results

Preferred

Expertise in Trucking or Transportation strongly preferred
