Responsibilities

Develop and manage transition plans and timelines for onboarding US Federal customers to managed services
Work closely with build, professional services, and managed services engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of transition activities, including ITSM platform deployment and monitoring tools setup
Coordinate with managed services engineering team for deployment/configuration of ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/ITAM platforms and monitoring tools, ensuring compliance with federal requirements and customer needs
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors
Ensure all activities adhere to US Federal regulations (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST) and organizational security policies
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues
Oversee discovery, data migration, service setup, cutover, and operational readiness
Maintain comprehensive transition documentation and provide regular updates
Ensure all service components, SLAs, support processes, and integrations are operational and validated before handover to operations
Actively participate in lessons learned reviews to drive ongoing process improvements
Represent Managed Services onboarding requirements as part of the larger Federal/Public Sector Program team
Lead early engagement efforts for Managed Services in collaboration with Managed Services Engineering
Track all Federal/Public Sector deals in the Managed Services pipeline globally, providing visibility and status updates
Directly lead large/complex projects, ensuring a successful transition from onboarding to operations/run
Actively participate in and contribute to lessons learned sessions to continuously enhance onboarding and transition practices

Required

US Citizenship required
Security Clearance required
10 year's experience in project management or in like roles/businesses
Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent job experience, Master Degree preferred
Experience working in Federal/Public Sector industries desired

Preferred

Experience onboarding and transitioning projects, preferably in a large or complex environment
Hands-on Managed Services experience, including collaboration with engineering and professional services teams
Federal/Public Sector experience, with a strong understanding of compliance, security, and regulatory requirements
