Responsibilities

Requirement gathering and analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow projects, often through workshops and interviews with stakeholders

Solution design and validation: Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and align with goals

Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

Testing: Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the solution meets requirements and business needs

Agile and project support: Participate in Agile ceremonies like backlog grooming and sprint planning to support delivery efforts

Communication and stakeholder management: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment

Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow configurations and processes

Training and support: Develop training materials and system support documentation for project go-lives

Qualification

Required

8-10 years as a Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on projects using the ServiceNow platform

Solid understanding of ServiceNow data architecture, especially the CMDB, and core tables

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and ITIL processes

Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor of Computer Science

Preferred

Certifications like ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Business Analyst
