Responsibilities
Analyze and report on metrics related to meter reading accuracy, completion rates, and exception handling
Monitor performance of meter change activities, including scheduling efficiency and completion timelines
Track and evaluate field collections data, including success rates and customer engagement outcomes
Collaborate with field teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with operational goals
Create visual dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends and opportunities
Support regulatory compliance by maintaining and reporting on mandated service levels
Investigate and resolve data-related issues or escalated field concerns
Provide ad hoc analysis and respond to data requests from internal stakeholders
Make operational and process recommendations based on data and analytics as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
Familiarity with field operations, utility services, or customer service environments
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel; experience with BI platforms is a plus
Demonstrated familiarity and comfortability with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and influencing decisions
