Head of Human Resources
hireneXus is partnering with a rapidly growing professional services and technology organization seeking a dynamic Vice President of Talent and People. This strategic yet hands-on HR leader will collaborate closely with the executive team to scale the organization, strengthen its culture, and drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive strategies for recruitment, retention, and performance to attract and retain top talent—particularly within sales and other revenue-generating teams
Design and implement scalable talent acquisition programs covering the full lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and integration
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and consistent, brand-aligned hiring process that supports rapid organizational growth
Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and total rewards programs (401(k), profit sharing, health, dental, and life insurance)
Regularly review and refine HR policies, procedures, and compensation frameworks to maintain compliance and align with market best practices
Manage risk-related areas such as workers’ compensation and unemployment claims with efficiency and accuracy
Use data and workforce analytics to identify trends, enhance processes, and drive continuous improvement across HR functions
Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to strengthen organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
Lead performance management and compensation review processes to ensure equity, transparency, and alignment with business goals
Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to leadership, offering insights that align people strategy with overall company objectives
Champion a culture of engagement, accountability, and professional growth across all levels of the organization
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive human resources experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record in talent acquisition, with strong success recruiting sales and technical professionals
Demonstrated ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment
Deep expertise in payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR compliance
Skilled in data-driven decision-making and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Multi-site HR management experience strongly preferred
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
