Responsibilities
Provide ABA Therapy to children with autism in our DuPont Treatment Center
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Qualification
Required
A current license as an LaBA in WA
Must pass a criminal background check
Experience in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA Therapy, Autism, Education, Precision Teaching, Clinical Direction, Management of others
Certification as BCaBA
Preferred
Strong work ethic with patience and resilience
Passionate about helping children
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Reliable transportation
