Responsibilities

Deliver customized project solutions while ensuring timelines are met
Conduct on-site assessments with professionalism and safety compliance
Assist in managing projects from design through installation, keeping budgets and schedules on track
Coordinate with design, engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution
Review and understand blueprints, design packages, and technical documentation
Support subcontractor selection, permit coordination, and cost negotiations
Maintain project documentation and reporting using software tools
Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and revenue recognition to support profitability
Help manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Ensure clear, consistent communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Contribute to daily operations including change orders, invoicing, and risk mitigation
Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet high standards

Required

Minimum 4 years in project coordination, planning, or customer service within the commercial construction industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Plangrid, Bluebeam
