Responsibilities
Lead the group fitness team by inspiring and coaching instructors to maximize class attendance and provide fun, safe workouts
Handle all aspects of hiring, coaching, scheduling, payroll and customer service
Ensure club cleanliness and customer service
Maintain building and equipment safety
Provide Group Exercise training, coaching, success and problem resolution
Schedule Group Exercise classes and instructors
Monitor class size and safety, and report incidents/injuries
Ensure member satisfaction and continuing education
Qualification
Required
5+ years teaching GFit formats
Nationally accredited Group Exercise Certification
Group Fitness Certification, Specialty Certification, CPR Cert
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must be able to maintain clean motor vehicle record throughout employment
Must have reliable transportation to and from multiple job locations

Possess strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills
Must be extremely organized

Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early-mornings, afternoons, evenings and late-night shifts
Comfortable with a computer/technology, ability to quickly shift focus, phone etiquette, and good at math

Good musicality (stays on the beat, this isn't applicable to all classes most though)
Clear communicator (cues well)

Trouble shoot basic audio equipment issues
