Responsibilities
Build & Validate – Support the development and testing of operational data modules that power data products used by frontline employees and leaders
Streamline the Process – Help document, refine, and automate SQL, Python, and Databricks workflows to make analysis repeatable and scalable
Bridge Business & Analytics – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn operational questions into actionable insights, exploring flight, customer, and operational data to find trends, outliers, and opportunities for performance improvement
Qualification
Required
Current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical toolkit with SQL and/or Python experience (Databricks or Redshift exposure is a plus)
Ability to explain findings clearly to both technical experts and business leaders
Natural curiosity, initiative, and a drive to dig into complex data challenges that have a real operational impact
