Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective clients
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs
Recommend MyCorporation by Deluxe services and close sales with accuracy
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
Manage customer accounts and track sales conversions
Use phone, email, and social media to maintain relationships and build a strong pipeline
Accurately document customer interactions and confirm order details

Qualification

Sales experienceMicrosoft OfficeInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsCustomer account management

Required

HS/GED and 2 years of related experience
Experience With Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred

Education: Associate Degree
Experience: Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills
