Qualification
Required
Candidates must have excellent customer service abilities
A minimum of 1-year recent financial institution experience is required, preferably in a credit union
Necessary skills include knowledge of basic office functions
IT skills (maneuvering around Windows, browser-based programs, and Outlook 365 email)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to communicate with tact and professionalism
Preferred
Experience with XP2 and/or Meridian Link is helpful
