Manage survey team tasks, schedule and resource requirements
Work with owners to establish, implement, monitor, and maintain procedures and standards for the survey team
Prioritize projects and manage deadlines for deliverables
Conduct survey team meetings and coordinate with the engineering team
Experienced working with surveys for civil engineering purposes required
Review and seal surveys
Qualification
Required
Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) certification
Experience managing a survey team
Experience working with surveys for civil engineering purposes
Ability to train and mentor junior staff
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to establish and maintain procedures and standards for the survey team
Experience in business development for survey services
