Technical Inside Sales Project Manager
SIBA is a world leader in manufacturing fuses for the global market, and they are seeking a Technical Inside Sales Project Manager to join their North American Engineering and Sales organization. The role involves collaborating with OEMs and sales representatives to provide pre- and post-sales technical information while managing sales personnel to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
Manage assigned sales personnel to achieve sales goals and volume
Contribute to the development of annual sales strategy and action plans
Ability to conduct product, customer and market research
Prepare and give technical presentation
Analyze customers’ needs and propose technical solutions
Must be willing to travel (light) within North America
Well-rounded individual able to support our Field Sales force
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not a must
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with changing deadlines
The ability to meet tight deadlines and follow projects through to completion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project tracking software and management tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Degree, Business or Project Management, and Electrical Engineering
Minimum Of 5 Years' Experience In Sales Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management
Experience in power electronics and power systems
Hands-on individual, capable of offering proposals, commercial and technical assistance to Engineers and Representatives
Attention to detail, with the ability to simplify complex issues, and relate technical explanations back to the commercial value of the product
Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and presentation skills
Must have stellar communication skills on multiple platforms, including verbal, written, face-to-face, and via telephone
Experience managing direct sales and manufacturer's reps
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with changing deadlines
The ability to meet tight deadlines and follow projects through to completion
