Responsibilities
Design beautiful, intuitive experiences for software applications for web and mobile
Contribute directly to the product with designs across multiple feature areas
Mentor and lead team members in design practices
Create user flows that guide users intuitively through tasks while accounting for micro-interactions
Understand and use the existing design system and patterns, proposing adjustments when needed
Advocate for common patterns across all feature areas
Qualification
Required
5+ years of direct experience designing software applications for web and mobile at a senior or higher level
Ability to contribute directly to the product with designs across multiple feature areas
Mentorship and team-leading skills
Ability to design beautiful, intuitive experiences thoroughly
Ability to create flows that guide users intuitively through their tasks while accounting for micro-interactions
Ability to make sound judgment calls based on expertise and past experience rather than relying on extended user research or testing
Familiarity with and respect for design systems
Ability to understand and use existing design system and patterns
Ability to propose adjustments when needed and keep up with pattern changes from other designers
Ability to advocate for common patterns across all feature areas
