Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily production activities during assigned shifts
Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met at all times
Monitor plant performance and resolve operational issues quickly
Train, mentor, and coach operators and technicians
Maintain accurate shift reports, production logs, and incident documentation
Collaborate with engineering, QC, and maintenance teams to meet production targets
Qualification
Required
U.S. citizenship with compliance to REAL ID and defense-related requirements
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, chemical, or energetics environments
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and production processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in energetics or defense-related manufacturing
Technical training in chemical or industrial processes
Proven ability to build team culture around accountability and pride in workmanship
