Responsibilities
Identify and engage companies
Book discovery calls at savewithbenefits.com with CEOs, CFOs, and COOs so they can learn about the program
Earn $150/employee/year for every employee at every company you introduce to us, for as long as they keep the program
You don't need to close, you just need to bring C-suite to the table. We'll do the rest. It's about relationships
Qualification
Required
Proactive, authentic, and comfortable reaching out to C-suite executives
Experience conversing intelligently with executive-level decision makers
History delivering real results, impact, and ROI - You're a valued trusted advisor
Mission alignment with improving employee healthcare at lower costs and creating win-wins
Preferred
Benefits, HR, or healthcare industry experience
Existing relationships with C-suite executives
History of closing $100K+ deals
Entrepreneurial background or mindset
