Responsibilities
Work on complex antitrust litigation, defending clients in high-profile matters that often involve multi-district proceedings and parallel government investigations
Represent clients before the FTC, DOH and state attorneys general in both conduct investigations — such as alleged price-fixing, market allocation, and monopolization — and merger investigations involving transactions that raise competitive concerns
Provide strategic counseling on a wide range of antitrust issues, including distribution practices, competitive collaborations, and non-compete arrangements
Help clients proactively manage risk by developing and delivering compliance programs and training sessions, including presentations to C-suite executives and boards
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of experience in antitrust law
Broad-based experience across the full spectrum of antitrust law
Experience in complex antitrust litigation
Experience defending clients in high-profile matters
Experience representing clients before the FTC, DOJ, and state attorneys general
Experience in conduct investigations such as alleged price-fixing, market allocation, and monopolization
Experience in merger investigations involving transactions that raise competitive concerns
Strong writing and analytical skills
Litigation and advocacy skills
Deep knowledge of antitrust law and enforcement trends
Practical, business-oriented approach to solving complex legal problems
Clear and effective communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Experience engaging directly with the FTC and DOJ
Ability to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy and sound business judgment
