Responsibilities

Follow direction and execute tasks efficiently following procedures

Manage to Reg E timelines and operational SLAs

Complete daily returns or claims processing duties

Determine when and how to execute returns

Research any claims, issues or inquiries as necessary

Facilitate investigations with little or no assistance

Escalate to management as appropriate

Identify and report technical or manual breakdowns

Report incidents to management and the Risk Office

Partner with product on ongoing empathy interviews

Identify process improvement opportunities

Update or create procedures as appropriate

Provide a positive partner experience

Contribute to project initiatives

Expect training to support multiple payment processes
