Senior Manager Total Rewards

Responsibilities
Responsible for the development, design, communication, compliance and management of all global compensation and benefit programs
Serves as a true strategic partner who will provide support, guidance, and advice on all total rewards projects, as well as strategic decision making on new initiatives
Ensures that the company’s programs provide appropriate motivation, incentives and rewards to attract and retain diverse top talent
Focuses on constant innovation to ensure that benefit and compensation programs remain competitive, sustainable, scalable, and positively impact the short- and long-term performance of the organization
Understands industry best practices and leads effective, competitive, and fair/equitable total rewards programs ensuring market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
Ensures programs and offerings are compliant with applicable laws and regulations globally
Manages and maintains full ownership of annual processes such as benefits open enrollment, annual incentive program, job evaluations and global market surveys
Accurately interprets, counsels, communicates, and educates all employees on total rewards philosophy, policy, and practice, ensuring all compensation and benefit programs are administered fairly and consistently
Ensures effective communication with all levels of employees
Streamlines existing and develops new compensation and benefit offerings and processes
Develops tools/processes to monitor, measure, and analyze compensation and benefit/perk program offerings, and stay aware of emerging trends in these areas
Sources and works with technology partners and providers to streamline and automate processes
Performs ad-hoc analyses and manages special projects as needed
Leads and develops team ensuring growth opportunities and career pathing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related industry
Minimum of five (5) years managing global compensation and benefit programs
Deep expertise in compensation and benefits strategy
Experience benchmarking, designing, and administering compensation plans including incentive design, job architecture, and executive pay
Experience benchmarking, designing, and administering health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and wellbeing programs
Thorough knowledge of applicable Human Resource laws and regulatory compliance in Compensation & Benefits (i.e., ACA, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, OHSA, Pay Transparency, etc.)
Experience supporting a global organization
A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and proven ability to handle confidential information
Must be fluent in English
