Responsibilities
Produce editorial PDFs, multi-page documents, and training collateral using flat design principles
Create digital artwork, signage, and simple visual elements for learning experiences
Apply graphic standards to produce learning products people love and feel confident using
Storyboard basic instructional flows and collaborate with team members on design drafts
Perform photo editing and visual asset management using Adobe Creative Suite
Support the build and deployment of eLearning using Articulate Rise or Storyline
Interpret wireframes, models, and guides to contribute to iterative prototyping
Ensure deliverables meet brand and accessibility standards
Travel requirements estimated at 10%, including the need to travel internationally
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Figma
Articulate Rise / Storyline
Basic familiarity with LMS tools and accessibility standards
Strong attention to visual detail and layout consistency
Comfort with flat/static design formats
Excellent time management across multiple design needs and opportunities
Effective communication in collaborative design teams
