Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and final review for a book of clients, including HNW individuals and various entity types (S-Corps, Partnerships, etc.)

Plan and supervise Tax Staff, assign component tasks, oversee completion, and mentor team members for continuous professional development

Serve as the primary business advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities and proactively communicate solutions

Work under pressure, meet required deadlines, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively across the firm

Apply exceptional knowledge of tax accounting, compliance, and all types of complex tax returns

Utilize working knowledge of CCH Axcess/ProSystems software, tax research databases, and Microsoft Office products
