BRIX Recruiting Partners is a home improvement company servicing South Florida, and they are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead their sales team. The VP of Sales will oversee a team of over 25 sales representatives, focusing on achieving sales targets, recruiting and training staff, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 25+ sales reps, with the help of assistant sales managers, to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
Recruit, hire, train, and retain the sales roster
Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps and the leadership team
Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
Develop and implement sales strategies and process to increase market share and customer base
Monitor sales metrics and performance and provide regular feedback to the sales teams

Required

Proven sales leadership experience within the home improvement industry
Windows and doors experience is required
Experience managing a large team (20+ salespeople)
Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
Proven Sales Training experience
