Responsibilities
Develop and design advanced equipment and tooling for production needs
Analyze technical data to support engineering and rate estimates
Recommend robotics/automation solutions and integrate new technologies
Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomic, and regulatory requirements
Validate performance milestones and support production readiness plans
Conduct training sessions for production and maintenance personnel
Manage configuration, documentation, and maintenance plans
Perform studies and recommend asset disposition
Qualification
Required
5+ years in tool engineering or design engineering
Experience with tooling drawings and 3D modeling
Strong background in tool engineering practices
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field with relevant experience
Preferred
Experience with CATIA and Creo
ABET-accredited programs preferred
