Helping maintain the MUSE

Cleaning and assembling respiratory equipment

Assisting respiratory therapists when needed

Qualification

BLS certificationRespiratory therapy knowledgeACLS certificationPatient care skillsWork under stress

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Currently enrolled in an accredited respiratory therapy program

BLS required

Delivers appropriate care to patients from neonate through geriatric with regards to age specific considerations

Maintains good physical well-being. Job requires walking, bending, pushing heavy equipment and wheelchairs, and occasional lifting of patients

Maintains good emotional well-being. Possesses the ability to work under stress

Preferred

ACLS preferred but not required
