Responsibilities
Develop and implement Paid Media strategies that align with client goals and objectives
Oversee the execution of Paid Media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and other channels
Serve as a thought leader with our clients and provide readouts on performance on a weekly basis
Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives
Optimize campaigns to ensure achievement of client KPIs
Monitor industry trends and innovations to ensure our Paid Media offerings remain cutting-edge and effective
Suggest and support leadership in coming up with and implementing internal and external processes within the organization
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Paid Media, with a focus on performance marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing successful Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders
Experience working with a variety of industries and clients, DTC-focused companies a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
