Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Support monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost management and efficiency initiatives
Conduct research and contribute to financial modeling projects to support strategic planning
Assist in maintaining financial systems and tools, ensuring accurate data input and reporting

Required

Currently pursuing or have completed a MBA degree at an accredited college or university
Ability to work in our Philadelphia, PA office beginning in June through August

Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and understand the organization and analyze trends at a macro level
Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, including functions like pivot tables, v-lookups, and financial modeling
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate findings and collaborate effectively with team members
