Responsibilities
Review solution designs for delivery feasibility and risk
Translate solution architecture into detailed implementation plans and SOWs
Define configuration standards, deployment templates, and integration models
Lead internal handoff between Pre-Sales and Professional Services
Support Professional Services during early-stage deployments as design authority
Capture lessons learned and feed them back into Pre-Sales templates
Maintain governance across solution lifecycle from design through acceptance
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience
