12+ Yrs of Experience in Retail Banking Domain across Product/IT Service organisations
Minimum 8+ yrs of Business and Requirement Analysis experience with strong communication both verbal and written
Agile and Scrum Methodology experience is a must
Exposure to Branch Banking - Products and Platforms
Demonstrate sharp functional skills and knowledge of broader banking solutions, market trends, etc
Responsible for Wealth Management driven business and IT solutions supported by teams of SMEs, Solution and Enterprise Architect teams
Capture the functional and Process details to create feasible functional and technical Stories for the Execution teams
Responsible for providing inputs to Agile teams related to Wealth Management Process and Operational Design: Provide functional inputs into As-Is design and To-Be Solutions (L0/L1/L2/L3 levels) that will also typically encompass Wealth Management Applications, technology infrastructure, data architectures and enterprise-grade business applications
Domain with Technology Solution Design, Business & Systems Analysis – Exposure to Digital, Operations and applications
When required Document Business functionality, process and capability documentation while examining and incorporating existing applications and processes
Analyse systems requirements and perform impact analysis for Up/Down Stream applications
Familiarity with transformation approaches including exposure to re-engineering, Business Process Mapping, design techniques
Work closely with internal solutions team, technology teams and client stakeholders
Build and Manage client relationships along with ability to Understand client requirements and help develop strategic and tactical approach for the Functional Requirement while working with cross-functional team
