Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight and act as a key partner to lead an ongoing effort to build a modernized strategic platform to support a core business process for an elite Perficient client
Oversee the program's overall strategy, resource allocation, risk management, and the day-to-day tasks of individual projects
Fill a number of different roles on project teams working with a variety of technologies for a wide range of clients
Quickly learn the client’s industry and the unique requirements of each engagement
Facilitate key requirements with stakeholders and customers using standard and User Experience techniques
Responsible for functional designs, detailed designs and system mapping, wireframes, requirement specifications, and prototypes
Work directly with Senior Project Managers and assist with daily operations exercising time management, communication and collaboration
Interface with Perficient technical and business delivery personnel, as well as vendors and customers on a regular basis
Mentor junior Consultants
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled Program Manager with strategic oversight experience
Ability to lead ongoing efforts to build modernized strategic platforms
Experience in resource allocation and risk management
Ability to manage day-to-day tasks of individual projects
Willingness and desire to quickly learn the client's industry
Ability to fill various roles to support client needs
Ability to thrive in challenging environments
Strong attention to detail
Ability to complete goals on time
Ability to persevere through tough obstacles
Ability to handle stress and accountability for delivery
Experience in strategic planning of engagements
Ability to facilitate key requirements with stakeholders and customers
