Responsibilities
Work directly with the Property Manager to maintain efficient operation of the building and the grounds
Perform manual repairs (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned
Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets etc.)
Conduct property walks and inspections and identify areas needing attention
Complete work orders in a timely fashion
Ensure compliance with building safety codes
Available to work an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
Possess tools used to assemble, disassemble and repair various projects
Snow Removal as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physically be able to lift, move or carry items weighing over 50 pounds
2+ years of maintenance experience
Preferred
Maintenance: 2 years
