Responsibilities
Project Scoping: Proactively scheduling appointments and visiting commercial properties to measure, analyze sites, and understand project constraints
Detailed Estimation: Reviewing plans and drawings to determine exact material, labor, and equipment costs for commercial fencing projects
Proposal Management: Crafting professional, winning proposals and submitting competitive bids to clients
Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with customers and contractors to secure repeat business
Travel: Managing travel and bidding opportunities like a professional
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in fence construction, sales, or a related construction field is highly desirable
Proven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans
Top-tier communication, negotiation, and persuasive presentation skills
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory for territory travel
Ability to handle the physical demands of on-site work (walking, lifting, climbing, etc.)
